That kind of slaughtering must be done as fast as possible, in order that the animal have a fast death.There are scientifical proves that with the decollating of halal system the animals have the brain blood interruption, which causes instantaneous death, not giving the chance of releasing of toxins, that infect the meat. The almost complete lost of blood also guarantees that if the animal has any disease, the chanches of a human being get contaminated will be smaller. That ritual of sacrifice must be done with ethics.
Halal Meet Processing (slaughter)
The meet processor (slaughter) “Halal” will be executed separately from the non “Halal”, following these conditions:
a) The animals should be healthy and that must be approved by the public health authorities. b) The animal should be in a healthy physical condition (alive). c) The salaughtering process should be executed only by a mentally health muslim who completely understands the foundation of the rules, guidelines and conditions related to the slaughtering of animals in Islam. d) The slaughter man must understand the importance of slaughtering process and accomplish his work with full intention. e) The phrase: “IN NAME OF LLAH” “BISMILLAH ALLAHU AKBAR” should be said immediately before the slaughtering. f) The equipments and the utensils used in the Halal slaughtering shall be dedicated for halal slaughter only. g) The slaughtering knife should be sharpened. h) The slaughter should be made only once and the slaughter man must not taken away the knife from the animal during the slaughtering to minimize the suffering of the animal as our God asked us to. i) The duty of the slaughter man is to cut the windpipe (algum), esophagus (mari’), both arteries and the jugular vein (wadajain) to speed the bleeding and the death of the animal. j) After slaughtering we must leave the animal to have a complete and spontaneous bleeding. k) A trained muslim inspector will be indicated and responsible to check if the animals are slaughtered correctly in accordance to the Shariah obligations. l) The bird should be slaughtered only to be scald, after the death has been confirmed by halal slaughtering.
