Many people imagine that halal is limited to the animal and sticking to the ritual. This view is incorrect, the halal goes much further, thereare numerous risk factors that may affect the health of consumers.

HALAL is also the base of everything that is allowed in politics, social, food, behaviour, justice, vestments, finances, etc.

The CIBAL emeans that all processes created by agencies responsible for food safety as the Codex Alimentarius (ONU), 5S Concept, etc. Followed by Brazil through the MAP, ANVISA, INMETRO, fully apply to the Halal process.use manual work of slaves and neither of children.
