Nowadays there is a new awareness in the process of producting food and industrialized products. There’s a huge necessity of following some pre requisits in the preparing of food as well as in the preparing of halal products. It includes many essencials requirements of hygiene and good practices in the improvement of industrialized products for human consumption, introduces changes in the production methods, in the project and use of equipments, buildings and instalations. It also involves in behavior changes of everydody involved in the production and distribution of products aimed to human consumption.
