Nowadays CIBAL Halal has about225 (two hundred, twenty five) employees, being responsable for a great part of halal slaughtering of bovines, ovines and birds in Brazil.

1. They shall be practising muslim with a good physical condition;
2. They have to be approved by CIBAL for their behavior;
3. They must be completely qualified to practice halal slaughtering with a superior knowledge about slaughtering and religion;
4. They must have a pure, moral, religious and social reputation;
5. They have to demonstrate leadership capacity and preferably knowledge of Arabian and English languages;
6. They have to be dynamic people and they shall have administration knowledge;
