Halal means allowed, is the same of permitted, authorized (allowed for human consumption, legal).Halal food are those that consumption is allowed by God.In the Holly Korran God orders muslims and all mankind to only eat halal food.


Halal is also the base of everything that is allowed in politics, social, behavior, justice, vestments, finances, etc... It’s the result of a production system that aims to create devices that contribute with human heath, creating a sustentable balance in all its process.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Holly Koraan teaches us in the surat al-maeda, 4th verse:

 

“IT HAS BEEN ALLOWED TO US ALL HEALTHY THINGS”.

 

 

  • So, it’s allowed to ingest as food, respecting Islamic laws, every kind of food that doesn’t contain prohibited ingredients or part of animals that were not slaughtered in accordance to the Sacred Koraan and by the Islamic jurisdiction.

 

  • Fish and other aquatic animals are allowed (halal) unless those that have been intoxicated or are harmful to human health, or poisonous, as well as are prohibited animals that live in the earth as well as in the water, such as crocodiles and its fellow creatures.

 

  • All types of vegetables are halal, unless those that are contaminated by pesticides, being poisonous or producing hallucinogenic effects or by any mean may be harmful to the human healthy.

 

  • Any mineral or chemical should be allowed, unless those that can cause any type of intoxication or harm to the human health.

 

  • Water is completely halal, except when it is contaminated or harmful to human health.

 

  • Every product created by biotecnology extracted by vegetable, mineral and microbian for food industry is halal.

 

  • Products of syntetical origin utilized in the food industry are allowed (halal) after the evidence of their elaboration where can be proved that they’re not harmful to human being.

 

  • Every product derivated from animals, utilized in food industries will be considered halal if the animal was sacrified respecting the Islamic obligations, meantime evidence by CIBAL halal supervision.

 

  • Milk (from cows, sheep, goat, camel).

 

  • Processed cheese through mibrobian coagulum is Halal.

 

  • Dry fruits or fresh fruits, vegetables, seeds as penuts, nuts, cashew, hazeinut grains as wheat, rice, rye, barley, oat, etc., unless those that are intoxicated or contaminated by pesticides (excess of agrotoxin) or by any mean by harmful to the human health.
